Shocking Allegations Against Yash Dayal
Yash Dayal News: A Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh woman has allegedly accused Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal of heinous crimes such as sexual harassment, mental harassment, and money fraud. The 27-year-old cricketer, who was a key performer during RCB’s IPL 2025 win, is in the dock now as the woman filed a First Information Report (FIR) on June 21, 2025.
She accused Dayal of emotionally, physically, and financially exploiting her for five years under the assurance of marriage. The woman, Ujjwala Singh, in the complaint filed on the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s online portal (IGRS), alleged she was in a relationship with Dayal for the last five years.
Details of the Complaint
The woman accused that she was in a relationship with Dayal for the last five years. She claimed that he took her to his family meeting as their daughter-in-law to be, winning over her trust. But she alleges Dayal cheated on her with promises of marriage and used her mentally, physically, and economically. According to the FIR, when she came to confront him, Dayal had beaten her up. Ujjwala also found that Dayal was purportedly engaged in such false relations with other women. She has produced proofs, such as chat history, screenshots, photographs, and video calls, in support of her accusations.
Legal Actions and Investigation
Ujjwala approached the women’s helpline (181) on June 14, 2025, but her complaint was not attended to by the local police. She was helpless and took the issue to the CM’s office through the IGRS portal. The office of the Uttar Pradesh CM has directed the Circle Officer of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, to probe and report back by July 21, 2025. The woman has appealed to the authorities to conduct a speedy and impartial inquiry, and stressed that justice is not just important for her but for all women in such cases.

Yash Dayal’s Cricket Career
Left-arm pacer Yash Dayal appeared in 15 RCB games in IPL 2025 and picked up 13 wickets, among them was 1/18 in the final match against Punjab Kings. His bowling assisted RCB in claiming their maiden IPL title on June 3, 2025. Dayal is a representative of Uttar Pradesh at the domestic level and has not made his India debut yet.
